My name is Lila Miller Espinosa, and I’m the Design Director at Nelo. I lead the design team with a focus on making Nelo’s mobile and web experiences as thoughtful, intuitive, and impactful as possible.

Before joining Nelo, I was the Digital Design Manager at Parkwood Entertainment, where I created digital experiences enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.

Originally from Mexico, I moved to New York in 2015. I studied behavioral psychology and began my career as a therapist before transitioning into product design: a background that continues to shape how I approach understanding people and designing meaningful experiences.

As both an individual contributor and creative leader, my goal is to make every digital experience useful, memorable, and human.
